TEHERAN, IRAN - Addressing a gathering in Teheran, Iran to commemorate the anniversary of Iran's Islamic revolution, President Ahmadinejad told the crowd that the Palestinians and other Islamic nations will eventually remove the Jewish state of Israel from the Middle East region.
The Iranian President exhorted, "Remove Israel before it's too late, and save yourself from the fury of Middle Eastern nations." The Iranian President called the Holocaust a fairy tale and said that the real Holocaust is what is happening to the Palestinian women and children who are being killed by the Zionist Jews.
Ahmadinejad's statements echoed his earlier threats to "wipe Israel off the map" on this commemoration of the 27th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution.
Ahmadinejad blamed "Zionists" for the publication of controversial cartoons that featured caricatures of the Prophet Mohammed in a Danish newspaper. The resulting backlash has been angry Muslim protests around the world.
